Once a hunter in the forest came upon a group of birds pecking at seeds on the ground. Carefully he pulled out his net and approached the birds.
“I’ve got them all now,” he thought, as he tossed the net over every one of them.
Then the birds rose together, flapping their wings, and raising the net with them. When they rose high enough the net snagged in a branch, and the birds flew safely out from under it.
Amazed, the hunter said aloud “As long as those birds work together like that, I will never catch them. They are each so frail and tiny, and yet together they can lift a heavy net.”
Reflection – working as a team can be more helpful than doing it alone!
